Who has the capability to nuke a U.S. city AND willing to do it?
It sounds to me like you're buying into all this neo-con propaganda.
Terrorists cannot get a nuclear weapon inside a country whose borders and ports are secure.
The only one able to get dangerous items into the U.S. is China that we know of. How do you suggest we cure the problem of them importing dangerous goods? Do you suggest we attack them also? Of course not.

There is this Neo-Con philosophy that if we don't take the war to the terrorists, by invading countries where we think that they may be, then they'll bring the war to America.

How could they do that if we had spent the 750 billion dollars on securing our borders and ports instead of the war?
