If both (or all for shootout) players for the next round are ready the table should start immediately. It would reduce waiting time and the total time for the tournament.

Some problems with this:

- it won't shorten the tourney up by as much as you think.
- it will tend to make the matches spread out (many people will be finished round 3 before some have finished round 1)
- some players will face even longer wait times (imagine if you finish round 3 early but some people in your bracket are still playing round 1)
- you won't be able to predict when your next match will start (it could be in 1 minute, or 4 hours)

The last one is the worst one.
