Default Suggest a tilt-relieving activity

I am having a bad month, and just went from up 7000 to down 2000 in about 10 minutes. I made two potential judgment errors. I say 'potential' because I still am not sure whether I made the correct play or not (both hands involved being up against AA, and they can't have AA all the time can they?). I would probably do it again, but that's because I don't know any better. In addition to being pissed about the genuine beats, I am pissed about the possibility that I deserved to lose some of it, and frustrated with my inability to tell for sure.

Now that the rant is out of the way, here's what I'm looking for right now:

Some activity that
- will make me feel better
- helps me vent my anger
- can be done right now without prior arrangements or efforts
- preferably can be done inside my apartment
- no working out. I don't feel like it anyway, and while it usually makes me feel good, experience has taught me that when I'm on tilt, it doesn't help at all and the usual good feeling after workout stays away, because the loss hurts more

Finally some more bitching and complaining: my results for this month:

6x 10/20 1:15 -11502
5x 10/20 2:00 16910
3x 10/20 0:27 -6653
5x 10/20 2:10 -8633
5x 10/20 2:00 3512
5x 10/20 2:00 -3243
6x 10/20 1:37 -1959

blah blah blah sample size issue I know. Last month was good, and I haven't played much, which makes it hurt more because I am now losing for a longer period of time. But everybody's been there I'm sure, so focus on the suggestions plz.

Thanks.
