Default NL100: AQ w/TPTK in 3bet pot facing turn shove against unknown

AQ gives me problems in 3bet pots primarily because I am not very good at poker. I called because I had position. But if I am calling pf, should I be willing to get it in on this board? Is this a snap call? A fold? With the J on the board I'm thinking I am pretty far behind a 3bet range here unless he is bluff-pushing AK, but I don't know how likely that is.

I am pretty new to SSNL, so please to provide reasoning for your answer. Thanks.
