Both hands seem like folds.
Definately tough situations.
Hand 1 seems like more of a clear fold... although it's true that if AK is in his range, then it's a call (just because I wont shove all my chips in there in a cash game w/ AKo in this spot doesn't mean you villain wont).
In hand 2, the extra money in there makes it closer. The UTG player probably has a worse hand than you (almost certainly), however MP seems to be representing a monster with his play. I would always just call w/ AK in this spot.
JJ is another possibility, but again (like AK) I would slow down vs. your aggression.
