Default I Three Bet and Flop Bottom Two, Why Isn\'t This Easy?

Villain in this hand is a semi-regular weak tightish TAG with no significant history vs me. I think his stats are something like 20/14/2 over not very many hands. My image is horrible if he's paying attention (3 betting a lot, double barreling and folding to turn push, etc.). What's the line that gets the most money in when I'm good, cause obviously a not insignificant amount of time I'm gonna be crushed.
