NPR can do a really good job a lot of the time. But Neil Conan nor this program are really in that category imo.
I could have predicted the direction this program would go without even reading the responses.
It's disappointing that they have to make it all seem more dramatic and evil then it really is and equally disappointing that they can't be bothered to learn more about it from half-way intelligent people who understand that the game isn't rigged but I really wouldn't expect much more.
Kind of typical really.

You should listen to it. It wasn't bad at all. 2+2'ers are nitpicking because they're more directly affected and understand the issue better. Zero time was wasted on the moral issue...it was more "could this affect US companies that need WTO protection".
