You lost me at 'geophagy', which as I expected, was defined as 'eating dirt', not to be confused with coprophagy, which is a really hand word at the table, by the way. Licking or otherwising consuming ice from a pot is not geophagy, so I assumed the rest of this goes on in a similarly pseudo-scholarly, b*llsh*tty manner.
