That's baloney. It's just PR speak, you gotta know it's killing him inside. I read that TJ is making 8 mil this year while Jose is make 2. Granted he will get a raise next season but if another team offers him an offer that blows his titties away, he'll be gone. I don't see the Raps being a championship team anytime soon anyways, lets get serious. Jose would be better off as being the man on a different team with a big contract. He is wasting away being a backup. Pro athletes careers are shoRt and you gotta strike when you have a chance. I bet his agent is pulling his hair out.
