Default I assume they are bluffing

I've been playing no limit for about 5 months now - the part of my game thats the weakest is making good laydowns. I seem to pay off many times when I have the feeling I'm beat, but am not sure - like getting away from AA on a semi scary board. I've just realized that the first thing I put my opponent on is a bluff - its like I'm paranoid about being bluffed. If I just assumed opponent is not bluffing, I think I could make better laydowns. Besides that, could someone share their thought process or give advice on how I can make better laydowns? Any ideas/tricks?
