not really, board is so dry youd have no reason to raise the flop with a set, so a flop call here with mid pairs is hardly exploitable.

I wouldn't be so quick to discount a flop raise...OP said he was 3 betting the villian pretty lightly, which means he was giving him action with mediocre hands & then villian started opening up & playing pots. So, he was setting him up for a situation just like this. Villian may feel OP's light again or on a steal & call/raise into a set. But I wouldn't want to scare him off either so it may be read dependant whether that play would work.
