Not to Hijack the thread, but who gets the tip if the dealer swaps out in the middle. (FWIW I've seen floor guys take over for dealers who *ahem* need immediate relief) usually the floor guys hold the tips till the dealer comes back, but in the case of the OP, are the tips pooled ?
