I've seen a dealer REALLY ready to vomit after dealing cards. She screamed the name of a floorman who was close by and literally ran to the bathroom. He came over and finished her down.

I don't know exactly what happened to her, but this seems like another acceptable reason to change dealers mid hand. Barfing on your customers is not a good business model...
