For the record I HATE not getting money in with the best hand because I'm scared of what might come on the river.

The river card may just as well kill your opponents hand (or scare him off a bet) as it would yours.

Get money in while ahead.

if i a solid TAG 3 bet you on the turn would you fold AA or AK?

or maybe you wouldnt take a call flop raise turn line with those hands in the 1st place...

i try not to get in these spots, and thus would likely have 3bet the flop.
