Why? You shouldn't stop playing unless you are playing badly, the players at the table rotated and you are -ev or you have something else you have to do, things like that. Perhaps you don't play well anymore after 2 hours but that doesn't extrapolate to other people. I fairly often play 9 hour sessions with just a couple of 2 min. bathroom breaks (I eat while I play). And I know others play longer sessions sometimes.
