Default 2/4 2nd barrel?

is this a good spot to double barrel? i pick up a tons of outs on the turn but then what does he fold here if he calls the flop..
but i dont like check calling either..at least he didnt make it too expensive
i have no reads on villain but i think he was sort of loose and passive
