What you're doing here is outspewing him when you should be just playing better hands than him. If you're going to try to resteal then repop him preflop instead of calling, hitting nothing, and committing your whole stack unimproved. If he won't fold to preflop resteals from the blinds then tighten your OOP 3-bet range slightly and take him to valuetown.

Ok, so basically i misuse a resteal: if he's a thinking player he will fold a pure/semi bluff, will call with a potential good hand a reraise/shove with his best hands.
