Well probably not, really, its just that you are not going to be first in from middle and late positions as often so your actions will be more frequently based on limpers and raisers to your right and probable calls and raises to your left. Iso raising is not a valuable skill in that situation IMO. Preflop, the value of high card strength is diluted a little. Small and medium pairs probably need to hit on the flop because you will not get HU with them. Suited connectors have relatively higher value if played well post flop.
