Default A PM I received, no idea whats going on

"I posted this in the Home forum tonight. Would you pass this on to the site's IT person please?

-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Did anyone get an email sent to the account you registered here with "Out of Office AutoReply: How would you play this hand?" in the subject field? It has a couple of names in it but I don't want to post them here yet.

Mods?

Edited to add: The wording of the email is a bit different from this thread but the same as the cross post in the Tournament Circuit one.

AJ,

Here is the text of the email which I didn't post publicly. It's as if it was an auto-reply to an email that I sent this guy Lloyd but I never did and I have no idea who this is. Not only that but it came to my Yahoo account yet had the same thread title as today's post in the Tournament Circuit section. No one on this site has this email address and I have my prefs set to never receive any notice of posts answered. This is the email address I used to sign up here.

I use a Mac so we can pretty much rule out the typical spyware scenario unless there is some new form of malware that can attach itself into the body of a post and somehow grab a persons registration email (which may actually be hidden in some weird form of metadata).

Thanks,

Jonathan

Here is the email:
