We could do no playoffs..best record after 16 games wins it all. We could do top 2 teams meet each other in week 16. Or we could do top 2 teams in each division play each other in week 15 and then superbowl is in week 16.

Also we can do a straight winner takes all. or Winner takes basically all and loser gets buy-in back or half of buyin.
