I have an existing account at FTP that does not have RB system. As you all know, playing HUSNG takes a lot of rakes away. So these are my questions:

1) Are there any other sites known for HU games?

2) A lot of people recommended me Titan and Party Poker but don't they not accept U.S. players? Is there any way to get around that?

3) If both answers are no, is it possible to close the FTP account and create a new one?
