I disliked the book immensely... the whole time reading it I felt like I was reading a book of redundantly complex and not very useful ideas that were thrown together for the sake of writing a book.
Honestly, i think they made up this whole SPR stuff just so it would be new and fresh and not because it is helpful at all.
