NFC East:
DAL 3
NYG 11
PHI 12
WAS 14
AFC South:
IND 2
TEN 5
JAC 9
HOU 23
So the AFC South wins if you go by average ranking (9.75 versus 10 for NFC East) or by number of teams in top 10.
