Sorry, nothing against you whyzze but this seems like bizarre reasoning to me.

OP, I would just check behind on the turn. Flop raise is fine, but if you bet now you will narrow his range too much. And as you say there are no draws to protect against. I would put him on a weak ace (most likely), possibly an 8, possibly AK/AQ. Call a reasonable river bet, and maybe value bet if checked to.
