I would definitely raise this in the middle (I feel like I'm saying that a lot lately on here). BB could easily bet out a hand like: a heart draw, a pair of sevens, or maybe something like 10's he just called out of the BB (or even something random like AJ or AK on occasion). I think you need to drive the person behind you out and take control of the hand - this will avoid more costly mistakes later.

Also, if you raise, he should fear AQ unless he is maniacal. If later actions suggest he doesn't they will be more reliable than had you just called (generally).
