Black you are wrong on so many levels I will only address one or two. First of all, PA's business is NOT that important to FT. A HUGE shark at high stakes just pulls big $$$ amounts off the site and the side affect of one more person playing nosebleeds is not that big, especially when he is sponsored by other sites.
second, why would they agree if he 'shipped' them an email when they are then going to obviously get attacked for it when they have said REPEATEDLY that they don't flex their TOS for anyone.
