Preflop looks fine to me. 4xbb+1bb/limper. On the flop, I would probably check the flop and then fold to the MP all-in and btn call. But with your reads on villains I don't think the play is terrible. If you think MP calls light and BTN lets you catch for free, which is often true of players this passive, the play is fine.
However, I don't think "BTN is 61/0/0.42/59" and "I expected... BTN to fold w/out a hand or reraise w/ the goods" go together very well. I can see players like this calling your bet with a lot of hands.
