I'm sorry; explain this part to me again? How is Bluff a seer just because he was villager and clown lied about his day 1 peek?

Also, with 1 of your 9 combined peeks confirmed at this point, you're convinced that you two are, without a doubt, so certain we should be following your peeks, the 2 regular seers we had (I'd be surprised if we got 3 regular and 3 insane, but i suppose that's remotely possible)?
