Well, it depends on the player. Against most players, I'd just fold the flop. If I was up against an aggressive C-bettor, I'd call the flop mostly with the intention of taking it away if he checks the turn, and usually folding to a turn bet if I don't improve to two pair.

The only time I'd raise the turn is if I knew from past play with this player that he'd pot the turn if he made good trips or a boat and tended to bet less with his weaker hands. Then, taking the half-pot bet as weakness, I'd make it $135 or so to move him off his draw. If you don't have some kind of specific read, you really need to fold the turn here.
