I stayed at Planet Hollywood last weekend. They had at least one 1/2nl going every day (started much later on Sunday). They also had a small limit game going (2/4 or 3/6???).
I played 1/2nl Friday and Sunday. A lot of the players bought in short ($100 or less) max buyin was $200. The play was soft, but there were 2-3 regulars (locals) at the table. The room was nice and in a great location. The TV's have not been installed yet, but are coming soom as per the dealers.
My only complaint was that they let the dealers play in the games ~ I'm not sure why this bothered me, but it did. Two separate players during one session (Sunday) got up, cashed in their chips and changed into their dealing uniform to deal the tournament and/or cash games. Is this normal for Vegas?
* Minor Brag * - I busted one of the dealers with AA against his AK.
