This is why even when you're playing heads up , you can't be certain that your roi is accurate after 100 hands . If you play 500-1000 hands then you will start to show meaningful results . It is still possible that after 1000 games played , you can have a positive win/loss ratio but still be a losing player . Of course , as you should expect , the probability decreases and the limit approaches zero as n goes to infinity .
