A couple rooms have now moved to only allowing one usage of IWTSTH per player per dealer, anything beyond that is abuse. It's not perfect but it's a start.

Has anyone played somewhere that has a maximum setup request rule? The nits always seem to ask for a setup (when it is not required for a damaged card) EXACTLY the maximum number of times. IWTSTH would likely be abused in the same way in a room that had that rule.
