stack sizes would help immensely, as an idea of your style - TAG, LAG, or no idea.
I'd certaintly raise pf #1. A lot of your problems would be lessened if you did, as you would be getting a larger % of you stack in as you pot flop and turn. Result would be the same IF he had the flush, which I'd say he does.
#2: this is a bad flop IF you had a good hand, and against 3 opponents someone likes JT. What's the plan IF you are called and something besides a K hits. Even then you don't have the nuts. Against a raise fold it.
I probably shut down on #3. You are behind to most any hand with an ace, and you are drawing to non nut flush. Without a read that Pot raiser can fold, specifically two pair or bottom set, i shut down until next hand.
