To save the client.ini, do this:
1. Go to Start > Run > type in "notepad" (no quotation marks), press enter.
2. Copy and paste the code that MrPokerToad has supplied into Notepad.
3. Go to File > Save As... > Browse to the C:\Program Files\Full Tilt Poker\ directory > type in the File Name as "client.ini" (no quotations), click Save.
4. If you don't like it, then you can either delete the file or rename it.

EDIT: Also, I haven't changed my chips in the mod, just the table images.
