I have been running into some odd set-mining scenarios, where someone with 50BB raises EP, one caller with full stack, and then it folds to me. Against two full stacks I would usually raise, but with short stacks involved in these situations it gets muddled for me. Here is a more extreme example that just happened, what pairs would you call/raise/pitch here, and generally his it best to err on the side of folding in such spots?
