That IS getting both. Perhaps the misunderstanding is how the bonuses are deducted. Pretty much any site that deducts bonuses deducts them from the MGR, NOT the RB itself.
IE If I generate $2,000 in rake while clearing $1,000 in bonus, the $1,000 will be deducted from my MGR of $2,000 before the RB is calculated. If I get 30% RB, I will receive $300 in RB ($2,000-$1,000=$1,000*.3=$300). So I effectively "lose" 30% of the bonus from my RB.
