Yes. We learned in TimeCop that the same matter cannot occupy the same space, thus Hiro and little Hiro should have imploded and their matter cease to exist. Plot hole imo.

Cells in the human body are constantly dying and new ones being regenerated in their place. Old Hiro and young Hiro are comprised of different cellular matter.
