meh, in my first few weeks of 5x5 (the lighter weeks) I was in and out in 40 min. Now that the sets are heavier because I'm at my peak weeks, 1.5 hours isn't too bad.
Also, I think I'm getting sick again. I was supposed to do RDLs, Squats, and Standing militaries on Sunday but I'm feeling like something is about to hit me [img]/images/graemlins/frown.gif[/img]
