So I figured it would be the same here. Btw how come you cant ask for the dealer to count the pot ? I asked for it once and he just shuffled the pot for me to see what chips was in but refused to count.

I already answered that for you. In NLHE the dealer doesn't count the pot and he shouldn't be spreading ships around either. Part of the game is being able to calculate the previous bets. If you can't do that then the other players who can have a built in edge. Why should you get that edge back for free?
