You might not want to play there in the future if this is an issue for you (I know it is for many people, it's why they don't play there anymore)

Intresting, I had no idea that this was a problem with FTP. If this is how they handle things on their end I'm not so sure that I want to stay there. I think I'll just go back to PS here in the future.

Hopefully they just send the money to Epassporte then so I don't have to wait again on this issue. Oh well though, thanks for the heads up and take care.
