Preflop's marginal, but not terrible. I'd probably fold it though. On the flop, you've got options. I'd usually lead, but I'm not sure it's the right move. What do you mean by a "wide range" exactly? If you think he'll push any four here after raising preflop, I think your check/reevaluate line is good, but if you think he'll ever check behind after missing, I think a lead's probably better.

After you check and get the call from an "ABC tag", the raise is perfect. This is going to be a draw ~90% of the time and your AT is likely in the lead. You could even knock him out if his draw's weak enough. Obviously, you're going to follow up on the turn, but unless villain knows you, I think a 1/2 pot bet gets more FE than a PSB does since it looks less likely to be a bluff. Most of the time, villain will just have a draw and will fold anyway, but occasionally, he'll show up with something like AJJ with the NFD and will look you up on a PSB where he would have folded otherwise.
