If I was at a new site and noticed your chat I would leave the table at the very least.

This has nothing to do with "ZOMG its rigged!" but I would guess that collusion via AIM, msn, skype or whatever is pretty widespread. No reason to play at a table where two players admit to be knowing each other and IM'ing eachother.

Better safe than sorry.
