With the likely gutshots, a c/c seems best. A c/r is creative but you'll get 3bet more than you'd like. Not to mention a gutshot calling your c/r or risking a hand like Q9 checking it through. A double barrel bluff is much better than a c/r especially since it doesn't look like you have to worry about a villain falsely representing an ace.

Reviewing it a little bit, I think a double barrel bluff is the way to go. It gets those strange Q9 type hands out and folds the KQ, J8 gutshots on the river. On the river you are getting 4-1 to bluff and about 11/39 or so of villains possible hands would he be willing to fold.
