This is a bad river call right?

On one hand I have really not defined my hand, on the other hand what could vilain be betting now?
Vilain is McNasty. We don't have history but today he has been hitting and probably sees me as Solid. I think he knows I am a pro too.

Do people like raising the flop? And yes I know I usually raise preflop.
