Default Rivered the nut flush on a paired board

Villain is pretty damn aggro pre-flop, and although my hand isn't much to write home about, it's ahead of his range. So I decide to take the play away by betting my flush draw and repping the 7 at the same time.

Comment on all streets if you like, but my question is whether I should be value betting this river (if so, how much) - bet-calling, bet-folding, check-calling, check-folding...
