PF: Usually fold here, just don't think T7o is that profitable 4 handed

Flop: This is the key spot to the hand b/c our hand is deceivingly weak. We have middle pair, a gutter, and a bd flush draw but lets look at that in context. Our 2 pair outs might make somoene else a strait or flush, our bd flush draw is almost certainly no good, our gutter may split the pot w/someone else and we may be drawing to only 3 of our gutter outs b/c of the flush draw. Another point to consider is that everyone loves to play JT so its conceivable your drawing dead. Overall I think checking is here is the right play. You allow the play to develop and get to hang back and watch the others and try to read their hands. If it was bet and raised back I wouldn't be adverse to tossing your hand. On top of that I don't want to put in too many bets b/c our hand is kinda weak and the pot is still small. Checking the flop makes the rest of the hand easier IMO

Turn: Given the size of the pot and the fact that we are closing the action calling here is fine. You may be drawing to 5 outs so your gettting the right price to draw

River: This is also a pretty clear check. Based on the previous actoin, the only hand you can beat is a busted draw. Checking is the best route b/c your river play depends highly on buttons. If bb bets and button folds you can profitably call however if bb bets and button calls your hand is too weak to overcall. If you do decide to bet, bb and button are never folding hands you beat, espeically with the top card pairing.
