grim you need to control your gambling habit, the best way to do so is simply send me a check for whatever you have left. I will then allow you to live on the alley behind where I live. This will give you time to come to inner peace with yourself.
If you have less than 5k the deal is off as I can't ruin the integrity of the alley for less than 5k.
