Villain's aggression is an important factor here.
If you're pretty sure villain will often bet this turn when checked to I don't mind a c/c. It enables to draw cheaply when behind to a set (getting raised on the turn would really suck here) and get value from a float.
If I had a read that villain was passive and called too much I would bet here. Especially if my image was not very good.
