This how the FA works. We qualify - he stays. We fail to qualify - he goes. This is the brilliance of the FA. ISRAEL DREW WITH RUSSIA, MCLAREN IS A GENIUSSSSSSSSSS YESSSSSSSSSSSSS!!!!

Also another great decision is ignoring the whitehot Robert Green and keeping with Robinson. BECUASE THAT WORKED OUT GREAT.
