It's hard to tell b/c you did not raise enough PF. The villain has decent odds to call with a large variety of holdings, especially when he has position.
I'd probably fold this with no read on villain. He's UTG so it's likely that he has some kind of mid pair which likely hit a set. It's also possible that he has TT-JJ, but at this point there are far more hands that beat you.
